For many people who do not know what to do with their life, numerology can be a useful tool to provide answers to various questions.  (It always must be remembered that numerology is a tool used for self awareness, and is not a specific roadmap for your life.  Self will exists!)

Now is a better time than ever to discover the astonishing world of numerology. With economic problems running rampant and the stress of daily life at an all time high, you may feel lost and searching for something more in life. A lot of people have turned to ancient teachings and the wisdom of the masters to get a deeper glimpse into the true nature of this reality. One of the most popular of these teachings is numerology and it’s basically a way of looking at life with numbers instead of just our eyes.

Numerology’s roots are in mathematics, much like how astronomy’s roots are in astrology. One of the most fundamental aspects of the practice is the numerology path or as it’s sometimes referred to, the life path. The path can easily be determined by adding the numbers of your birthday together and then summing the digits of that result.  For example, if your birthday is January 2nd 1994 then you would add 1+2+1994 and the result is 1997. Next you add the digits of that number together and you’ll come up with 26, which you would also add together and end up with 8. Therefore this person’s numerology path would be 8, which coincides with money and power, so this person would likely pursue a career in big business or government. The interpretations of the life path numbers can vary considerably but with more knowledge of the art you can make more and more accurate predictions.

Numerology is a really interesting art that has amazed many people by its accuracy. Its results are so accurate that some people even call it a science due to the fact that it can predict events and give detailed readings of not only yourself but others as well. The number 6 is often associated with being caring and having a strong sense of family value and hold marriage in high regard. 5’s are considered exciting and always embracing change; thus 5’s are the type to travel or have a job that allows them to pick up and leave. 4’s are generally hard workers and usually get the things they want not by chance but through perseverance. Number 3’s are outgoing and enjoy being the centre of attention. Number 2’s are usually patient and understanding so they often make good companions. Finally, number ones are viewed as leaders and have a highly developed creative side to them.

I challenge you to enter the world of numerology, numbers and spiritual gurus and see just how amazing it really is. Many of you may already have turned your mind off just by reading that statement and I too likely would have done the same up until about a week ago. I took a life path reading figuring I would receive just a generic response much like a horoscope that you’d find in the paper. How in the world could someone make a prediction about me using just my name and the numbers in my birthday? I just doesn’t seem possible or logical for that matter by today’s standards.

I was totally wrong about numerology, I’ll gladly admit it. I filled out the required questions and then waited about fifteen minutes for a response to be calculated. The information was not only astonishingly accurate but it made claims about my life that a generic response surely could not make. First off it said that I can’t stand working under a boss and that I will likely pursue some sort of freelance career, which is exactly what I’m doing. Okay so maybe that was just a coincidence, if those even exist. Next it said that I will develop a keen interest in spiritual matters and that I’ll likely shift through many religions. Once again dead on, I love reading the eastern disciplines literature and about early Christianity. The deciding factors though came when it said that when going gets tough I’ll likely try and escape either literally or through substances. Being a recovering addict I can surely say that this wasn’t just some generic response typed up for all people who share my birthday, there has to be more behind it.
